The Folsom Gourd & Arts Festival is as a fundraising event for Folsom Patrons of the Arts. Proceeds from the festival fund arts events & activities and provide an annual arts scholarship.

Artists, Vendors and Sponsorship

Below is all the information you'll need to participate, and make money in this year's Folsom Gourd Festival as an exhibiting artist, vendor or sponsor. You'll find critical dates, the process for applying to participate, an aerial view of the festival showing booth locations and a table indicating booth reservation status. 

 

Important 2009 Dates

August 15  Application Deadline
August 15  Last date to apply for refunds (a $25 cancellation fee will apply)
September 1  Final instruction packets will be mailed to all registered vendors
September 12  Deadline for late applications (must include a $50 late fee)
Sept 10-Oct 29 Pre-festival exhibit at The Gallery at 48 Natoma
Sept 17 Opening reception of the pre-festival exhibit at The Gallery at 48 Natoma

September 25 Festival Setup

Reserve Your Booth Space Now

  1. Review and print Vendor Contract

  2. Check booth availability and pricing (scroll down past aerial map

  3. Choose your 1st, 2nd & 3rd choice booth space from the aerial map below

  4. Determine quantities for tent, table, and chair rentals

  5. Complete the on-line "Vendor Application" to pay by credit card or print, complete and mail the PDF application to pay by check

  6. Complete one "Additional Vendor Form" for each artist that is sharing your booth space.

  7. Allow 48-72 hours for verification

  8. Submit 3 photos of each artist's work.  Photos may be emailed to FolsomGourdFest@aol.com.  File names should include artist/vendor name
